The National Register of Historic Places plaque was unveiled in a ceremony led by Buddy Sullivan. The work done to achieve this designation was applauded by those in attendance.

A nice crowd gathered for local historian and author Buddy Sullivan’s lecture on the Spanish influence in Coastal Georgia, 1526 – 1742. A reception followed the talk.
