Haynes Cottage is located on the grounds of the historic Ashantilly Center and the award-winning Ashantilly Press (ashantillycenter.org). Beautiful live oaks surround the cottage, which offers stunning views of Black Island Creek and the serene marshlands beyond. This quiet, tranquil setting is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the natural beauty of southeast Georgia. It is a very peaceful setting near everything going on in Darien, a small fishing village with many great restaurants and waterfront shops.

A small covered porch is located right off the kitchen for your morning coffee musings. The large deck at the back is great for viewing the sunrise. 

Both bedrooms have very comfortable queen-sized beds. The fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals or snacks. The full-size refrigerator and stove/oven are new and function beautifully.
