SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS NOW GROWING!

Geoffrey Duesterbeck, McIntosh County Agent, helped all participants prepare their logs with Mushroom spawn. After drilling, plugging and sealing, everyone took home a log that will start producing Shiitake mushrooms in “about a year or 2”
