Everyone was excited that the Annual Ashantilly Valentine’s Tea was back. It was a full house on Saturday, February 10. The entire house was decorated for Valentine’s Day with hearts, rose petals and elegant china cups and tea pots
Guests were greeted with a champagne mimosa and mingled throughout the house enjoying the decorations. Tables of all sizes were scattered throughout the house and able to accommodate parties of all sizes.
There was a table full of delightful sweets and savory treats. Everything from cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit, savory bites, cucumber and egg salad sandwiches, delicate cookies, sweet slices of bread, scones, and more.
Everyone who attended helped themselves to the buffet while being served their choice of different teas.
We were all entertained by Bob Allison. Lively music and song were the icing on the cake for such a fun and merry event.
