Despite the weather, enthusiastic and fun-loving BBQ & Blues lovers showed up at Ashantilly to enjoy the evening!
The rain may have changed our plans and forced us to set up inside, but it definitely didn’t dampen our spirits!
Rick Caldwell did not disappoint and once again served amazing pulled pork, baked beans, and coleslaw. Board Member David Dickerson served his fan favorite banana pudding, and Eric Culberson and his band exceeded everyone’s expectations with their outstanding blues music. What a truly great evening!
And a giant THANK YOU to everyone who braved the weather and came out to celebrate with us. We loved greeting old friends, meeting new ones, sharing a meal, enjoying the music, and simply being together!

Our BBQ & Blues event is our only big fundraiser each year, and your generosity allows us to maintain the house, the Ashantilly Press, the lawns and garden, making it and its history available for future generations.
